Roy was a Vice President at ICO when he came to Permian Enterprises in 2004. Roy was instrumental in building the coating operations at Permian Enterprises just as he had previously done at ICO. Roy also brings over 40 years of experience. His expertise and hard work makes him a major asset to our company and our customers.
